Manager / ERP Project Manager (LU)

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Manager / ERP Project Manager specialized in Odoo, ready to lead complex ERP implementations and support our clients in their digital transformation journey.

BY THE WAY, WHAT DOES AN ODOO PROJECT MANAGER DO @ Resultance ?

You play a key role at the crossroads of business and technology, driving impactful transformation projects:

• STRUCTURE: Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope
• DESIGN: Build functional and technical solutions on Odoo
• DELIVER: Lead projects end-to-end (planning, budget, resources, risks)
• COORDINATE: Align and manage project stakeholders (consultants, developers, clients)
• BUILD: Oversee configuration, development, and integration phases
• ENSURE QUALITY: Guarantee deliverables meet client expectations
• COMMUNICATE: Provide clear and structured project updates
• DRIVE ADOPTION: Support end-users (training, support, change management)
• IMPROVE: Identify continuous improvement opportunities in client processes
• GROW: Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management
• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles
• Strong knowledge of Odoo and its core modules
• Solid understanding of business processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Production…)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
